The Goldens are ministering to missionaries with ReachGlobal, the foreign missions arm of the Evangelical Free Church.
They live in the states while ministering to missionaries in different mission organizations. Harold works as associate director of transition. He guides and helps missionaries during situations that can be overwhelming or challenging. Cindy also works with Embrace Ministry, offering spiritual direction for those on the field.
Much of their ministry involves traveling, and supporting individuals and groups with encouragement, refreshment, guidance and spiritual growth. Some examples would be conferences and retreats.
