The Prairie Hill Health and Wellness Ministry promotes wellness, disease prevention,
health education, and a healthy faith walk. Eileen Weber, Faith Community Nurse, does not
provide “hands on” nursing care or perform invasive treatments but works in partnership
with others to advocate for the health and well-being of our church family. The goal is to
reach people before they are in crisis.
This ministry is guided by the Health and Wellness Team, members of our congregation
that have varied backgrounds and life experience. Each member of this team is valuable
and brings insight into the needs of the community, both inside and outside the church. We
meet four times per year, and welcome others to join our team. If God is drawing you to
participate in this ministry, please contact Eileen.
